Stock Upgrades: Time Warner Ticking Over Nicely


Wall Street ratings agencies set the tone for today's stock market.

Aeropostale (ARO): ARO is upgraded to Buy from Neutral at Bank of America-Merrill Lynch.

AMN Healthcare (AHS): Shares are upgraded to Buy from Neutral at Citigroup, whose price objective is $11. Catalysts include market share gains and benefits from its managed service program offering.

BT Group (BT): The British telecom titian is moved to Overweight from Neutral at JPMorgan.

Codexis (CDXS): Shares are now Neutral from Underweight at Piper Jaffray.

Cross Country Healthcare (CCRN): The stock is upgraded to Buy from Neutral at Citi.

Eli Lilly (LLY): Sanford Bernstein lifts LLY to Outperform from Market Perform.

Green Dot (GDOT): The stock is surging before the bell on an upgrade to Overweight from Neutral at Piper Jaffray, whose target is $20.

McKesson (MCK): MCK is moved to Buy from Neutral to Buy at Mizuho.

Time Warner (TWX): TWX is taken to Buy from Neutral at UBS amid expectations that earnings will be more stable going forward. The new target is $50, up from $39.

UBS AG (UBS): The Swiss bank gets an unusual 180 degree (Outperform from Underperform) boost by BNP Paribas.

Vitamin Shoppe (VSI): Bank of America-Merrill moves the stock to Buy from Neutral.

Williams-Sonoma (WSM): Shares are upgraded to Buy from Hold at Deutsche Bank.
