New Stock Coverage: Pan American Silver Only Good Enough for Bronze


Wall Street ratings agencies set the tone for today's stock market.

MINYANVILLE ORIGINAL Stocks surged, with the Dow (^DJI) ending up by triple digits and S&P 500 Index(^GSPC) scoring its strongest showing of the month after European Central Bank President Mario Draghi pledged to do "whatever it takes" to preserve the euro.

Liquidity Services (LQDT): Shares are initiated with a Buy at Bank of America-Merrill Lynch.

Pan American Silver (PAAS): The stock is a Sector Perform at RBC Capital.

Palo Alto Networks (PANW): The recent IPO is an Outperform at FBN Securities.

Parker-Hannifin (PH): Shares are picked up with a Market Perform at BMO Capital.

Terex (TEX): TEX is initiated with an Outperform at BMO Capital Markets.
