Bank of America and SPDR S&P 500 ETF Among Most Active Stocks in NYSE Pre-Market


Prudential Financial was unchanged this morning.

MINYANVILLE ORIGINAL The three most active funds and stocks in pre-market trading on the NYSE were Bank of America (NYSE:BAC), SPDR S&P 500 ETF (NYSEARCA:SPY), and Prudential Financial (NYSE:PRU) as of 9:20 a.m. EST.

Investors traded 1.53 million shares of Bank of America, which was up $0.09, or 0.78%.

Investors exchanged 1.12 million shares of SPDR S&P 500 ETF, which was up $0.06, or 0.04%.

Investors also traded 788,000 shares of Prudential Financial, which was unchanged. According to Bloomberg, Pruco Securities, the brokerage run by Prudential, will pay customers at least $10.7 million to make up for delays in placing more than 850,000 mutual fund orders.
