MINYANVILLE ORIGINAL The three most active funds and stocks in pre-market trading on the NYSE were Bank of America (NYSE:BAC), UBS (NYSE:UBS), and Teva Pharmaceutical Industries (NYSE:TEVA) as of 9:25 a.m. EST.

Investors exchanged 3.36 million shares of Bank of America, which was down $0.04, or 0.41%.

Investors traded 2.78 million shares of UBS, which was down $0.09, or 0.58%.

Investors also traded 1.74 million shares of Teva Pharmaceutical Industries, which was down $0.32, or 0.80%.
