MINYANVILLE ORIGINAL The three most active funds and stocks in pre-market trading on the NYSE were Sprint Nextel (S), Freeport-McMoRan Copper & Gold (FCX), and Wal-Mart (WMT) as of 9:00 a.m. Investors traded 1.53 million shares of Sprint, which was down $0.02, or 0.37%. Investors also traded 1.2 million shares of Freeport-McMoRan Copper & Gold, which was up $0.14, or 0.40%, and 794,820 shares of Wal-Mart, which was down $1.85, or 2.48%.
