MINYANVILLE ORIGINAL The three most active funds and stocks in pre-market trading on the NYSE were Bank of America (BAC), SPDR S&P 500 ETF (SPY), and Duke Energy (DUK) as of 9:10 a.m. Investors traded 3.4 million shares of Bank of America, which was up $0.16, or 2.12%. Investors also traded 2.95 million shares of SPDR S&P 500 ETF, which was up $0.90, or 0.68%, and 2.54 million shares of Duke Energy, which was up $0.08, or 0.35%.
