(TEF) as of 9:10 a.m. Investors traded 3 million shares of SPDR S&P 500 ETF, which was up $0.10, or 0.08%. Investors also traded 1.9 million shares of Nippon Telegraph & Telephone Corporation, which was down $0.01, or 0.02%, and 1.71 million shares of Telefonica, S.A., which was up $0.01, or 0.08%. Nippon Telegraph & Telephone will invest in Manila-based Diversified Technology Solutions International Group and buy a 50.1% stake in the company. Diversified Technology Solutions develops systems and facilities for information technology-business process outsourcing operators in the Philippines.
