MINYANVILLE ORIGINAL The three most active funds and stocks in pre-market trading on the NYSE were SPDR S&P 500 ETF (SPY), Nokia (NOK), and Best Buy (BBY) as of 9:15 a.m. Investors traded 4.26 million shares of SPDR S&P 500 ETF, which was up $0.17, or 0.13%. Investors also traded 2.57 million shares of Nokia, which was down $0.12, or 3.97%, and 2.16 million shares of Best Buy, which was unchanged. Best Buy beat expectations for quarterly sales, which rose 2.1% to $11.61 billion versus consensus projections of $11.52 billion.
