Bank of America and Alcatel-Lucent Among Most Active Stocks in NYSE Pre-Market

SPDR S&P 500 ETF was down this morning.
MINYANVILLE ORIGINAL The three most active funds and stocks in pre-market trading on the NYSE were Bank of America (NYSE:BAC), Alcatel-Lucent (NYSE:ALU), and SPDR S&P 500 ETF (NYSEARCA:SPY) as of 9:00 a.m. EST.
Investors exchanged 2.79 million shares of Bank of America, which was unchanged. According to the Wall Street Journal, Evercore Partners remains bullish on Bank of America for 2013.
Investors traded 1.89 million shares of Alcatel-Lucent, which was up $0.12, or 8.57%. Alcatel-Lucent CEO Ben Verwaayen recently blamed European regulations for stifling innovation within the telecom industry.
Investors also traded 1.54 million shares of SPDR S&P 500 ETF, which was down $0.24, or 0.16%.
