New Stock Coverage: Tesla Motors Stuck in Neutral

Wall Street ratings agencies set the tone for today's stock market.

Stocks, having been mauled on Monday, staged a turnaround Tuesday. (They do say variety is the spice of life, and on a day that condiment king McCormick (NYSE:MKC) surged 5.47% to top the entire S&P 500 Index (INDEXSP:.INX), who are we to argue?) With copper posting its strongest performance for 15 weeks, Luxottica (NYSE:LUX) -- whose Oakley sunglasses outfitted those long-forgotten Chilean miners of the red metal -- jumped 4.34% to a historic high. De Beers owner Anglo American (OTCMKTS:AAUKY) increased 4.04% in an ebullient commodity complex, and da bears similarly stayed away from the beers, with brewing behemoth SABMiller (OTCMKTS:SBMRY) advancing 5.27% on a broker boost. Elsewhere, Marc Andreessen clearly believes you gotta be cruel to be wunderkind. The bald Netscape co-founder took a pot shot at an infinitely more hirsute Warren Buffett by claiming that the "track record of old white men who don't understand tech crapping on tech they don't understand still at 100%." Which really is a bit harsh on Ben Bernanke.
Today's quarterly earnings announcements include H.B. Fuller (NYSE:FUL), Movado Group (NYSE:MOV), and Paychex (NASDAQ:PAYX).
AthenaHealth (NASDAQ:ATHN): SunTrust starts the stock at a Neutral, assigning it target price of $170.
Regional Mall REITs: MLV & Co resumes Real Estate Investment Trust research. Buys include Glimcher Realty (NYSE:GRT), but the broker has only a Hold on Simon Properties (NYSE:SPG). Its respective price objectives are $13 and $181.
Manning & Napier Advisors (NYSE:MN): Shares are assigned a Strong Buy at Raymond James, whose target is $22.50.
NVIDIA (NASDAQ:NVDA): FBR Capital picks the stock up at Perform. Its price objective is $19.
Remy Cointreau (OTCMKTS:REMYF): Deutsche Bank has a Hold on the French Cognac company.
Tesla Motors (NASDAQ:TSLA): The cult car company, like many momentum darlings of late, may be set to cool off after being rated only an iffy Neutral at UBS. The price target is $230.
WebMD Health (NASDAQ:WBMD): SunTrust starts the stock at a Buy, sending it up ahead of the open. Its price objective is $51.
