MINYANVILLE ORIGINAL The three most active funds and stocks in pre-market trading on the Nasdaq (INDEXNASDAQ:.IXIC) were PowerShares QQQ Trust (NASDAQ:QQQ), ASML Holding (NASDAQ:ASML), and Apple (NASDAQ:AAPL) as of 9:05 a.m. EST.
Investors traded 1,205,117 shares of PowerShares QQQ Trust, which was down $0.13, or 0.20%.
Investors exchanged 319,083 shares of ASML Holding, which was down $0.40, or 0.63%.
Investors also traded 245,411 shares of Apple, which was down $5.50, or 1.03%. According to Marketwatch, analysts at Jefferies & Co. cut their price target for Apple from $900 to $800, citing expectations of slower growth.
