By

Right now, there doesn't seem to be much to get excited about.

MINYANVILLE ORIGINAL ChartLabPro.com wanted to take brief look at Nike (NYSE:NKE) going into earnings. First, we would never trade a stock going into earnings, thus we would not make a forecast as to what will happen after earnings. All we can do is look at all known price action that reflects the price of the stock.

We have been out of this name since April 10 when the stock hit $110; that's when we received an Approaching Overbought alert. As you can see, the stock moved to a Strong Sell on June 14, right before it fell considerably. One could have taken a trade to the long side when the name was approaching Oversold on June 29. The name just recently moved to a Sell on September 25. Based on our algorithm, there is currently little to get excited about with Nike.
