Currently Apple has a standard deviation above its 50-day moving average of 3.24, which is extended. However, wait to reduce exposure at a reading of closer to 4.

MINYANVILLE ORGINAL Last week we wrote about Apple (AAPL) potentially becoming the first ever trillion-dollar market capitalization company. However, don't expect a straight line getting there. We wanted to update current support and resistance levels for Minyanville readers.

Currently Apple has a standard deviation above its 50-day moving average of 3.24, which is extended. However, we would wait to reduce exposure at a reading of closer to 4 standard deviations. More importantly, our proprietary Counter Trend Indicator is reading Neutral, which has historically been a much better indicator.
