  • Global and diversified health-care company Sanofi (NYSE:SNY) bought 220,995 shares of integrated biopharmaceutical company Regeneron Pharmaceuticals (NASDAQ:REGN) for $73,964,408.
  • TransCosmos (TYO:9715), the Japan-based company engaged in providing one-stop outsourcing services, bought 317,845 shares of end-to-end eCommerce solutions provider PFSweb (NASDAQ:PFSW) for $3,079,294.
  • The event-driven, value-oriented investment company Privet Fund Management bought 151,700 shares of two-way radio communications-equipment provider RELM Wireless (NYSEMKT:RWC) for $453,915.
Notable Sales:
  • At purpose-built, virtual machine-based security company FireEye (NASDAQ:FEYE), three insiders sold shares of company stock: Founder, Vice Chairman, and CTO Ashar Aziz sold 1,043,904 shares for $83,032,128, Chairman and CEO David Dewalt sold 485,656 shares for $38,629,080, and Senior Vice President and COO Kevin Mandia sold 227,586 shares for $18,102,190.
