Notable Purchases:
  • The independent portfolio management firm Stone House Capital Management bought 50,000 shares of truckload carrier company USA Truck (NASDAQ:USAK) for $644,095.
  • Scott Bowman, a director at the real estate investment trust American Realty Capital Properties (NASDAQ:ARCP), bought 10,000 shares of company stock for $127,500.
  • At Compass Diversified Holdings (NYSE:CODI), a public investment firm that acquires controlling stakes in small- to middle-market companies, three insiders purchased stock: Independent Chairman of the Board Sean Day bought 3,969 shares of company stock for $76,717, independent director Gordon Burns bought 2,938 shares for $56,789, and another independent director, Mark Lazarus, who is Chairman at NBC Sports Group, bought 2,938 shares for $56,789.
Notable Sales:
  • Nir Zuk, CTO of network security company Palo Alto Networks (NYSE:PANW), sold 110,000 shares of company stock for $6,101,905. Meanwhile, Vice President Rajiv Batra sold 55,000 shares for $3,034,755.
