Alcatel-Lucent, SA and SPDR S&P 500 ETF Most Active Stocks in Pre-Market Today on the NYSE

MINYANVILLE ORIGINAL The three most active funds and stocks in pre-market trading on the NYSE were Alcatel-Lucent, SA (ALU), SPDR S&P 500 ETF (SPY), and Bank of America (BAC) as of 9:00 a.m. Investors traded 3.14 million shares of Alcatel-Lucent, which was down $0.23, or 16.79%. The French telecommunications equipment provider issued a profit warning stating that it won't meet its previously announced operating margin guidance for 2012. It estimates a $49 million adjusted operating income loss for the second quarter. The company will announce its second-quarter results on July 26.

Investors traded 2.63 million shares of SPDR S&P 500 ETF, which was up $0.48, or 0.35%, and 1.4 million shares of Bank of America, which was up $0.06, or 0.77%.
