PowerShares QQQ Trust (NASDAQ:QQQ) and Facebook (NASDAQ:FB) Among Most Active Stocks in Nasdaq Pre-Market

MINYANVILLE ORIGINAL The three most active funds and stocks in pre-market trading on the Nasdaq (INDEXNASDAQ:.IXIC) were PowerShares QQQ Trust (NASDAQ:QQQ), Facebook (NASDAQ:FB), and Vodafone Group (NASDAQ:VOD) as of 8:50 a.m.

Investors traded 361,636 shares of PowerShares QQQ Trust, which was down $0.13, or 0.19%. US stocks have followed Asian and European equities down in pre-market trading this morning. The eurozone debt crisis has investors worried again, and Chinese stocks have reached their lowest level since January of 2009.

Investors also traded 305,593 shares of Facebook, which was down $0.19, or 0.94%. Facebook is still dealing with 50 lawsuits from its May IPO this year according to the Wall Street Journal.

Investors exchanged 209,024 shares of Vodafone, which was down $0.15, or 0.52%. Vodafone will likely begin offering its own 4G service early next year.
