Boardwalk Pipeline Partners, through its subsidiaries, engages in the ownership and operation of integrated natural gas pipelines and storage systems in the United States. It will pay a quarterly dividend of $0.5325 on November 15, and its quarterly yield will be 2.18% based on Friday's closing price of $26.64. The company has paid a quarterly dividend since 2006, and each dividend payment has either increased or remained the same from the prior quarter.

American Realty Capital Trust (NASDAQ:ARCT) yields 6.19% annually and has a market cap of $1.78 billion. The real estate investment trust, or REIT, will pay a monthly dividend of $0.0595 on November 15, and its monthly yield will be 0.53% based on yesterday's closing price of $11.30. The REIT began paying a monthly dividend this year.

Alexander's (NYSE:ALX) yields 3.44% annually and will pay a quarterly dividend of $3.75 on November 19.

Aspen Insurance Holdings (NYSE:AHL) yields 2.19% annually and will pay a quarterly dividend of $0.17 on November 26.

The TJX Companies (NYSE:TJX) yields 1.11% annually and will pay a quarterly dividend of $0.115 on November 29.
