  • Genextra S.p.A, a private biopharmaceutical company that primarily focuses on developing therapeutics to cure age-related and metabolic diseases, sold 1,123,415 shares of biopharmaceutical company Intercept Pharmaceuticals (NASDAQ:ICPT) for $70,213,440. Intercept Pharma focuses on the development and commercialization of therapeutics for treating chronic liver diseases, using its bile acid chemistry.
  • Dagmar Dolby, a beneficial owner of entertainment industry products and technologies company Dolby Laboratories (NYSE:DLB), sold 70,000 shares of company stock for $2,459,310. Dagmar Dolby is the wife of surround sound pioneer Ray Dolby, who died in September.
