  • Robert Knapp, a director at non-diversified, closed-end management investment company MVC Capital (NYSE:MVC), bought 36,817 shares of company stock for $512,402.
  • Transcosmos (TYO:9715), the Japan-based company engaged in providing one-stop outsourcing services, bought 31,785 shares of end-to-end e-commerce solutions provider PFSweb (NASDAQ:PFSW) for $321,802.
