  • Keith Mosing, a director at Frank's International (NYSE:FI), bought 16,254 shares of company stock for $373,767. Frank's provides engineered tubular services to the oil and gas industry.
  • Robert Marcotte, President of closed-end, non-diversified management investment company Gladstone Capital (NASDAQ:GLAD), bought 20,655 shares of company stock for $201,664.
  • Dominique Trempont, a director at Energy Recovery (NASDAQ:ERII), bought 39,566 shares of company stock for $187,402. Energy Recovery produces energy recovery devices and circulation pumps for use in reverse osmosis technology seawater desalination plants.
