  • Muneer Satter, Co-Chairman and Lead Director at biotherapeutic company Vital Therapies (NASDAQ:VTL), bought 360,966 shares of company stock for $4,331,592. Satter also serves as Treasurer of the charitable environmental organization The Nature Conservancy, and was previously a Managing Director at Goldman Sachs (NYSE:GS).
  • The American businessman, philanthropist, and investor Leon Cooperman, a beneficial owner of independent developer and producer of natural gas, crude oil, and natural gas liquids Atlas Resource Partners (NYSE:ARP), bought 109,700 shares of company stock for $2,211,552.
  • Jeffrey Kindler, a director at fast food chain Chipotle Mexican Grill (NYSE:CMG), bought 1,000 shares of company stock for $509,576.
