  • Timothy Main, a director at diagnostic testing, information, and services provider Quest Diagnostics (NYSE:DGX), bought 5,000 shares of company stock for $253,526.
  • Larry Feinberg, a beneficial owner of medical diagnostics company Accelerate Diagnostics (NASDAQ:AXDX), bought 8,554 shares of company stock for $211,968. Accelerate develops tools for diagnosing infectious pathogens.
  • Anthony Thornley, a director at Peregrine Semiconductor (NASDAQ:PSMI), bought 20,000 shares of company stock for $105,400. Mr. Thornley has membership on the boards of several other companies, including Callaway Golf (NYSE:ELY), database technology company Basho Technologies, and even the Old Globe Theatre in San Diego.
