Welcome to our daily round-up of top insider buys and sales. Here's a look at the most significant insider sales and purchases filed with the SEC on Monday, March 18.

Buys: Global alternative asset management company Coliseum Capital bought $576,044 worth of company stock in LHC Group (NASDAQ:LHCG). At industrial supply chain logistics company Park Ohio (NASDAQ:PKOH), CEO Edward Crawford bought $558,773 worth of company shares. Edward Lonergan, President and CEO of fresh fruit distributor Chiquita Brands (NYSE:CQB) bought $367,284 worth of company shares. At investment banking and asset management company JMP Group (NYSE:JMP), Director Kenneth Karmin bought $110,535 worth of stock in the firm. Finally, Kyle Wescoat, senior Vice President and CFO of popular headphone company Skullcandy (NASDAQ:SKUL), bought $78,750 of shares in his firm.

Sales: In insider sales, global private equity firm Warburg Pincus sold $74,682,028 of Kosmos Energy (NYSE:KOS). Reid Hoffman, co-founder of LinkedIn (NYSE:LNKD) sold $14,487,454 in company shares while CEO Jeff Weiner sold a $6,432,504 stake. Barry Wish, a Director of mortgage loan company Ocwen Financial Corp. (NYSE:OCN), sold $12,108,968 of company stock. Steve Madden, former CEO of Steve Madden, Ltd. (NASDAQ:SHOO), sold $4,473,000 worth of shares in the company he founded.
