  • Glenn Tongue, a director at full-service investment banking, asset management, and corporate credit management firm JMP Group (NYSE:JMP), bought 21,023 shares of company stock for $135,556.
  • Stephen Steinour, President and CEO at multistate diversified regional bank holding company Huntington Bancshares Incorporated (NASDAQ:HBAN), bought 10,750 shares of company stock fot $100,217.
Notable Sale:
  • GTCR Fund IX A, a subsidiary of the private equity firm GTCR, sold 1,916,096 shares of PrivateBancorp (NASDAQ:PVTB) for $54,378,804. Private Bancorp is a holding company of the PrivateBank and Trust Company. Additionally, GTCR FUND IX B sold 319,484 shares of company stock for $9,066,956.
