  • The investment adviser KKR Asset Management (NYSE:KKR) bought 946,500 shares of home health care company Amedisys (NASDAQ:AMED) for $13,150,512.
  • Dov Baharav, a director at fabless semiconductor company Mellanox Technologies (NASDAQ:MLNX), bought 57,739 shares of company stock for $1,999,969.
  • Cetus Capital II bought 500,839 shares of commercial vehicle components manufacturer Accuride (NYSE:ACW) for $1,616,820.
  • Mallika Srinivasan has again bought stock of agricultural equipment company Agco (NYSE:AGCO), this time 17,172 shares for $995,117. It is her eigth purchase of Agco stock since October 30, 2013.
