Notable Purchases:
  • Mallika Srinivasan, a director at agricultural equipment company Agco (NYSE:AGCO), bought 370,600 shares of company stock for $21,194,056. This is Srinivasan's fourth purchase of Agco shares in November, and her 28th of 2013.
  • Alexander Denner, a director at biopharmaceutical company Vivus (NASDAQ:VVUS), bought 566,844 shares of company stock for $4,868,453. Vivus develops therapies designed to meet unmet needs in obesity, sleep apnea, diabetes, and sexual health.
  • Investment firm Sagard Capital bought 508,800 shares of global print management and promotional solutions provider InnerWorkings (NASDAQ:INWK) for $3,065,150.
  • The biotech-focused long-short hedge fund Perceptive Advisors bought 200,000 shares of pain treatment-focused pharmaceutical company AcelRx Pharmaceuticals (NASDAQ:ACRX) for $1,301,470.

  • David Ebersman, CFO of Facebook (NASDAQ:FB), sold 911,700 shares of company stock for $42,633,424.
  • Larry Page, CEO and Co-Founder of Google (NASDAQ:GOOG), sold 33,332 shares of company stock for $33,733,960.
  • John Mackey, CEO of natural and organic food supermarket company Whole Foods (NASDAQ:WFM), sold 100,000 shares of company stock for $5,853,430.
