  • Phillip Goldstein, a director at non-diversified, closed-end management investment company MVC Capital (NYSE:MVC), bought 17,182 shares of company stock for $218,039.
  • W. Whitney George, the asset manager of long-term investment company Royce Focus Trust (NASDAQ:FUND), bought 25,000 shares of company stock for $182,500.
