Bank of America and SPDR S&P 500 ETF Among Most Active Stocks in NYSE Pre-Market

Altria Group was unchanged this morning.
MINYANVILLE ORIGINAL The three most active funds and stocks in pre-market trading on the NYSE were Bank of America (NYSE:BAC), SPDR S&P 500 ETF (NYSEARCA:SPY), and Altria Group (NYSE:MO) as of 9:25 a.m. EST.
Investors exchanged 12.01 million shares of Bank of America, which was up $0.20, or 1.77%. According to Bloomberg, Bank of America was sued by German regional lender HSH Nordbank AG over more than $218 million in residential mortgage-backed securities.
Investors traded 5.6 million shares of SPDR S&P 500 ETF, which was up $0.41, or 0.29%.
Investors also traded 5.01 million shares of Altria, which was unchanged.
