MINYANVILLE ORIGINAL The three most active funds and stocks in pre-market trading on the Nasdaq (^IXIC) were International (CTRP), American Capital Agency (AGNC), and ASML Holding NV (ASML) as of 9:05 a.m. Investors traded 2,390,040 shares of International, which was up $0.68, or 3.87%. announced the proposed offering of up to $140 million in convertible senior notes due 2017.

Investors also traded 816,142 shares of American Capital Agency, which was down $0.24, or 0.67%. American Capital Agency is going ex-dividend today. The company will pay a quarterly dividend of $1.25 on October 26. The company's dividend yield is approximately 13.63% annually.

Investors exchanged 477,971 shares of ASML Holding, which was down $1.47, or 2.61%. JPMorgan (JPM) has set an "overweight" rating on the stock.
