Apple is a lead-don't-follow kind of company, so as it's released a parade of hit products, the tech giant has unleashed money-making opportunities for companies less fearful of being labeled "derivative." Some firms replicate an Apple product, others find a way to offer a complimentary service or gadget, like an iPod dock for the living room.
