<![CDATA[MINYANVILLE ORIGINAL This morning my firm wanted to highlight three energy names that moved onto our list of the 20 strongest S&P 500 (INDEXSP:.INX) stocks. These stocks are Valero Energy (NYSE:VLO), EOG Resources (NYSE:EOG), and Tesoro (NYSE:TSO).

Additionally, we wanted to give an update on Bank of America (NYSE:BAC) to readers who got long our BAC call back in August. The stock has had an incredible run and is up almost 30%. After this big move, we are still staying long this name until we get an oversold level.

<![CDATA[MINYANVILLE ORIGINAL

It was a busy weekend for Apple (NASDAQ:AAPL), which saw three catalysts.

The third largest bank took down its numbers on Apple. Citigroup's trio of Apple analysts, Glen Yeung, Walter Pritchard, and Jim Suva, cut Apple's price target to $575, and rated it Neutral, down from Buy. The irony is that Citi downgraded the name on weaker demand as the company reported stronger-than-expected iPhone sales out of China, topping 2 million units.

We wanted to give Minyanville readers an update on four tech names that we have opined on recently.
