		Hoof-Boo
		Hoofy� Hometown: Matador City Hoofy is the president of the First Bank of Minyanville and is respected by his fellow citizens. As an advocate of the bull market, he is always optimistic about potential ventures--even when the steaks are high. He has a habit of charging in (even when there's a red flag) and has been known to approve wacky loans for entrepreneurial schemes. Even though he is a position of power in the town, he's always been a regular guy and genuinely cares about his work and his clients. With his booming voice, power suits and ebullient personality, Hoofy is a force to be reckoned with.
		Boo� Hometown: Red Dye Junction Boo is a retired dot-com millionaire who was smart enough to sell his company before the bubble burst in 2000. Since then, he has lived comfortably in Minyanville and serves as an unpaid (and often unsolicited) advisor, consultant and gadfly. His posture is always laid back and casual, almost folksy, but his insights are sharp as a knife. His near death experience with the market has given him paws and made him the most optimistic pessimist in Minyanville. He serves as a good balance to Hoofy's constant exuberance, always questioning the exasperated banker and examining the other side of every coin. With a dark, dry wit and sarcastic sense of humor, Boo is as lovable as he is dangerous.
		Daisy the Cow� Hometown: Sheeps Meadow Daisy is the executive producer of MVTV, Minyanville's television station, and is in charge of bringing Hoofy and Boo together for their weekly newscasts. She is the "voice of reason" in debates between the bull and bear, often challenging them to support their disparate views with factual evidence. Friendly, optimistic, and sassy, she enjoys helping others understand the world of finance in a fun and engaging way.
		Sammy the Snake� Hometown: Tumbleweed Hills Sammy is an administrator in City Hall and is in charge of approving and regulating many of the town's business ventures. While he is wise and quite personable, he has never been able to shed the image of a meticulous bureaucrat. He may strike some as slow and others as methodical but he is reliable and level-headed. Nothing rattles him since he's seen it all and won't let himself get wrapped up in anything. With his sage perspective and soulful wisdom, this slithery statesman is a welcome addition to any conversation.
		Snapper the Turtle� Hometown: Creole township Snapper is the "go to" guy in town when you need to get something done. He runs the construction business in Minyanville but, in reality, is relied upon for everything from plumbing to general handiwork. He and Hoofy get along famously since he is usually hired to implement many of the projects funded by sharp and snazzy rallies. At night, he can be found at The Birdland, where he has a regular gig playing saxophone in a jazz band. With his old school style and new age step, this turtle is in tune with everything that's happenin' in Minyanville.
		Cassidy ^SM Cassidy is a Professor of Ecological Sciences at UMV and is considered an expert in the field. She started an environmental design business that was the first of its kind. The business grew and she sold it for a handsome profit so she could devote her time to teaching others. Cassidy is also Minyanville's resident earth mother and likes to hike, bike, swim, surf and do just about anything else outdoors. Everyone likes Cassidy and she is the Critter that others go to when they want to talk about anything and everything.

Use Your Favorite Icon with AOL Instant Messenger 5.0+ Changing Buddy Icon instructions for PC
Step 1:	Select an icon from this page and drag or copy it to your desktop.
Step 2:	Launch AOLIM and locate the "People" pull down menu on the main screen
Step 3:	Open the "People" pull-down menu and select the "Select Buddy Icon" sub-option ("AOL Instant Messenger Preferences" window will then popup)
Step 4:	a) Locate the "Buddy Icons" scroll box at the top center of the AOLIM interface.
	b) Scroll the box to the very top until you see "My Buddy icon".
	c) Click the left mouse button once on "My Buddy Icon" listed in red
Step 5:	Click the "Browse PC" button.
	(A file system browser window will now popup and default to your AOLIM install directory) (defaults to "C:/Program Files/AIM95" unless user selected a custom install path or installed a former version of AIM). Browse to the desired icon and click "Select" (The window will now close)
Step 6:	Click the "Ok" button to dismiss the preferences window.
Step 7:	Close out any open message boxes and the icon will refresh

Here is the 4 step process to setting a buddy icon on the Macintosh running AOLIM: system 9 or higher
Step 1:	Launch AOLIM and find/locate the "Shared Buddy Icons" folder on your hard drive. It's generally located in your AOL Instant Messenger (SM) Applications folder.
Step 2:	Choose which "MV Icons" you want to collect and drag them into your "Shared Buddy Icons" folder. Close the folder.
Step 3:	From your AOLIM interface find the "EDIT" options on your tool bar menu screen at the top of your screen. Scroll down and select "Preferences."
	a) From the "Category" menu list select "Buddy Icons".
	b) Locate the "My Buddy Icon" item. Underneath it is "Icon:" with a scroll down menu bar. Scroll down and find your Minyanville icon name and select it from the list.
	c) ON that same screen locate the "Other Buddy Icons" item. Scroll through your list of Buddies and check off all those you want to receive your Minyanville icons. Close the preferences window.
Step 4:	Close out any open message boxes and the icon should appear on your screen. If not, restart your AOLIM application and your icons should be visible in the lower left corner of your screen.
