The revolt in Tunisia, which resulted in Tunisian President Zien El Abidine Ben Ali fleeing the country, has had a discernible spillover effect on other countries in the region. A simple chart, presented by Bloomberg, shows that credit default swaps insuring other government debt in the region -- Egypt and Morocco -- surged to their greatest level in more than a year.
