The New York Post reports:

"A new video game modeled after the arcade staple "Dance Dance Revolution" is rigged for Orthodox Jews who want to boogie down to techno versions of Hebrew and Yiddish songs."

The game is called "Step It Up" and creator Faigy Grossman, says, "The game meets our standards for modesty."

"Many [Orthodox Jews] just won't listen to non-Jewish music. They're also offended by graphics showing women dancing in the background," Grossman explains.

So now, god-fearing gamers can get their grooves on to religiously-correct hits by such stars as Lipa Schmeltzer and Avraham Fried.

"Step It Up" seems to be the year's unlikeliest hit.

"It's definitely one of our hottest items this season," says Michael Tool, manager of Toys For Thought in Lakewood, NJ.

And you thought "Call of Duty" was today's must-have game. Ha.
