According to British Science, men in Britain really don't like their work until the very, very end, just before they retire to a dank pub, play darts all day and complain about Weather. Kidding! Everyone knows that darts are banned in British pubs due to increasing levels of dart-fueled violence.

Anyway, this report by a couple of British scientists claims that British men begin their careers with very low job satisfaction compared to women, only to catch up at the bitter end, just before they retire. The solution? Simple. Raise the retirement age to "take advantage of" -- by which I mean "exploit" -- the "more engaged" older workers. Relax, I'm kidding again! Although, this is exactly what Britain is going to do.
