SECRET DECODER PINKIE RINGS
DailyFeed
The equivalent of orchestrating a jailbreak through TRL shoutouts, the Italian mob were sending coded messages to incarcerated mafiosi via messages on a popular local soccer program called Quelli che il Calcio. According to top former anti-Mob prosecutor Enzo Macri', mafia clans utilized the show's text message crawl normally used by average soccer fans.

Speaking with the Italian news outfit ANSA, Macri' said, "The messages often seem ordinary but in reality they hide important service notes to the bosses." For example, one such messages simply read, "Everything's OK, Paolo." Which we can only assume referred to the midfielder's "sprained ankle."

For mob fans worried that cakes baked with nail files were going obsolete, La Cosa Nostra hasn't gone completely high tech. "Naturally sending text messages to Quelli che il Calcio is only one of the instruments used to get information to top security (Mafia) inmates." Imagine the heists being planned should FaceTime ever make its way inside.

"Now go home and get your Skype Box."
