NOTHING BUT GREEN LIGHTS AHEAD
The International Monetary Fund raised its forecast for global growth next yea, saying it expects the economy will expand 3.1 percent in 2010, more than a July forecast of 2.5 percent. China’s economy will grow 9 percent and India’s 6.4 percent. That compares with growth of 1.7 percent in Japan, 1.5 percent in the U.S. and 0.3 percent in the euro region, according to Bloomberg. Food for thought: markets top on good news, not bad.
