GOLDMAN SACHS IN THE HIZZOUSE
DailyFeed
Talk about multi-talented: Allen Mask, a 22-year-old recent graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill who has recorded
two albums as a rapper, just landed an investment-banking job at Goldman Sachs.

The question now for Mask is, can a rapper maintain street cred while working on the Street?

Granted, investment banking isn't as traditional a career path in the hip-hop world as, say, drug dealing. But if Drake, a Canadian actor
who got his start on DeGrassi: The Next Generation, can become a valued member of Lil Wayne's crew, we don't see why not.

If anything, we're surprised it's taken this long for the hip-hop and banking worlds to converge. Considering Goldman employees' noted
fondness for strip clubs
and conspicuous consumption, Mask should be well on his way to mad respect from rap fans.
