LESS MONEY, MO' PROBLEMS
DailyFeed
In Moroni, the capital of the Comoros islands in the Indian Ocean, the presidential and governors' elections, set for November 7, has been delayed because, well, like certain places right here in the good ol' U S of A (I'm talking to you, Illinois), they ran out of money.

"Due to financial problems, we plan a technical adjustment... of some weeks for the first round," Mourad Taiati, an African Union representative told reporters. "We can delay by some weeks while all the same respecting the rules."

See? California and New York aren't the only places facing tough economic times. A tiny 863 square mile archipelago nation with a total population of less than 650,000 people--they're just like us!

Comoros...Chicago...same difference.
