Ayn Rand Fan Urges People in Space to Conquer Earth

Dilemma: The essence of Ayn Rand's "philosophy" is that man is a self-reliant, heroic being whose most noble activity and moral purpose is the expression of his own happiness, but how to illustrate that so the world can see just how heroic and noble you really are? After all, broad philosophical concepts such as "heroism" and "nobility," by definition, demand acknowledgment from those who are less so, otherwise all that's left is some self-centered guy with a bunch of bad, overly thick books who mistakes being a jackass for heroism.  See, it's a dilemma, isn't it!

Well, friends, you might try the Nick Newcomen route. Granted, it will take you 30 days and require driving 12,238 miles, but that's one way to do it. Via Gizmodo:

"One man drove 12,238 miles and across 30 states in the U.S. to scrawl a message that could only be viewed using Google Earth. His big shoutout: "Read Ayn Rand."

"The main reason I did it is because I am an Ayn Rand fan," he says. "In my opinion if more people would read her books and take her ideas seriously, the country and world would be a better place - freer, more prosperous and we would have a more optimistic view of the future.""
