THE ROBOTS
DailyFeed
By now, perhaps you have noticed that I have an obsession with robots. Here's why! A small team of Sydney scientists has secured a $57 million contract to supply robots to the US Marine Corps, which will one day deploy the robots in war zones where flying shrapnel will accidentally reprogram them to seek out and attack their makers even as a heroic young boy goes back in time to stop this from ever happening in the first place last week. Or something. I mean, that's essentially the plot, but there may be some minor character tweaks here and there. Also, robot chases!

Anyway, it turns out these specific robots "can be programmed to move at up to 14km/h, talk to each other and scatter if one of them is taken out by sniper fire. If the trial is successful, the technology will be used by the US Defense Department as a live fire training platform."

Incredibly, one of the scientists is named Dr. Watson.
POSITION:  No positions in stocks mentioned.
