In an age when giving back all too often gives way to getting ahead, it was a tender moment of reflection. There's no shame in admitting our journey isn't as easy as it may have once been. In that moment, however, we were united as one; a community with the common bond of loving benevolence.

The genesis of Minyanville was forged before we knew what it was or where it would live. It was born from letters written to my grandfather that we read to him as he struggled for his life, and created a common bond of benevolence that continues to this day.
