What are your hours of operation? The Minyanville site makes best effort to be available to its readers 365 days a year.
Membership Account Information
How do I sign up for a free Minyanville account? On any Minyanville page you'll see a Free Membership Registration button on the right side of the main navigation header. Click that to sign up.
How do I buy Minyanville Premium Products and Subscriptions? Click on the "Premium Products" link in the main navigation and you will be brought to a page with a listing of all products and options to subscribe. Choose the ones you'd like and add them to your cart. You must checkout to purchase and activate the subscriptions.
Why do you require a credit card for a trial? This is to prevent fraudulent accounts from being created and to eliminate abuse of trials. Your credit card will be preauthorized for the amount of the subscription you've chosen to ensure valid information, but the charge will not be processed until the completion of the trial period. If you cancel within the trial period, you will not be charged. If you do not cancel before the trial period ends, your account will go into the subscription you chose and your card will be billed.
Is my account automatically renewed? Subscriptions on your account are automatically renewed at the end of the current billing period unless canceled beforehand.
How do I login? In the header on all pages are login and password boxes for users to login. If you are already logged in, you'll see text welcoming you in that header and a logout link.
How do I change my username, password or any other information? When logged in to Minyanville, click the "My Account" link in the far right hand side of the main header. In the dashboard that appears, click on "Account Settings" at the bottom of the Subscriptions box and you can change any of your information.
I forgot my password, can you send it to me? If you forgot your password, click the "Forgot Password" link in the header near the login boxes. Your password will be reset and a new temporary one will be emailed to you.
How does auto-login work? Minyanville uses a unique identifier to authenticate your login, otherwise referred to as a "cookie". Once you have logged in, Minyanville will automatically assign you a cookie. The cookie file exists to keep you logged in as you browse across different areas of the site. If you have selected "Remember Me" at the login screen, the same cookie is used to remember you the next time you come to Minyanville.com. If you do not have a cookie enabled browser, or if you reject the cookie, your login attempt will fail and you will be unable to access the membership areas of our site.
