Circles of what? Random House is back with the latest installment in its pun-filled Circles of Heck book series. Heck is an unearthly reform school, a kids’ limbo ruled by Bea Elsa Bubb, Principal of Darkness.
The faculty at Heck includes Mr. Nixon, who teaches ethics, and Lizzie Borden, who teaches home ec. You get the picture.
In Rapacia: The Second Circle of Heck, Milton Fauster escapes from Heck in a soul balloon made of old clothes. His older sister Marlo is the only child to take the blame. So the principal sends her straight to Rapacia, the circle where greedy kids are tormented by glimpses of a just-out-of-reach glittering shopper’s paradise called Mallvana.
Your kids will get to find and collect 5 characters from the new book. A new clue and a new character will be added every Tuesday. Find the clue in The MinyanLand Journal, the official newspaper of MinyanLand.
