Next, up Verizon (VZ) on Friday said it lost $198 million in the second quarter due to a buyout for 11,000 workers. The company ended the quarter with 210,800 employees, 24,500 fewer than a year ago.
And lastly, according to CNN, Americans have fallen out of love with soup, and Campbell’s (CPB) is bearing the brunt.
