Toddo On TV: Altria, Sun Micro, Nokia Refuse To Rally

Toddo notes that positive technical constructs that remain in place, but risk management should continue to trump reward chasing. This is a bear market after all.

Now that the dollar has broken the downtrend that's been in place since 2002, Toddo warns we should be careful for what we wish. A higher dollar is equity negative through the big picture lens.
