Belo Corp. (BLC) is to the upside this morning after announcing that the company will split into two separate public companies. Also moving higher this morning is Tarragon Corp. (TARR) after reaching an agreement with Fannie Mae (FNM) to reinstate nearly $80 mln worth of loans made by the company.

Walgreen (WAG) is plummeting after missing earnings expectations. Garmin (GRMN) shares are also in the red after Nokia (NOK) announced that it has purchased GPS device maker Navteq (NVT).
