Capital One allowed customers to personalize their credit cards. These are their stories.
In a nod to service, Capital One (COF) recently gave customers the ability to personalize their credit cards. Provided the design meets with a number of not-so-stringent guidelines, cardholders are free to upload images of their grandson or 1987 Trans Am.
The online tool used to customize the card offers a number of stock photos and, curiously, 99 examples of what other customers have selected.
Minyanville narrowed it down to the 7 that are bound to make an unsuspecting cashier do a doubletake.
