A quick look at today's biggest up and down movers.

Solar shares are moving higher this morning as JA Solar (JASO), Trina Solar (TSL) and others are in the green. Investors are also flocking to Dillard's (DDS) after the company announced numerous cost cutting measures and that it had reached a deal to avoid a proxy contest at its May 17th meeting.

Medarex (MEDX) shares are falling deep into the red after an SEC filing reported that a company director sold 50,000 shares between $8.86 and $9.02 on March 28. Monsanto (MON) is also moving to the downside after its earnings report this morning.
